Every payment is processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment Processing
- Payment is taken in full at the moment you place your order.
- We do not process or dispatch an order until the payment has cleared.
- If a payment fails or is declined, the order is not confirmed.

- All prices on sicalu.com are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
- Any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Secure Payment Processing
- Sicalu protects your personal and payment details with SSL encryption and trusted, PCI compliant payment gateways.
- We never store, and cannot see, your full card number or complete payment details.
Refunds and Chargebacks
- Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
- Chargebacks that are unauthorised or fraudulent will be investigated and disputed.

Fraud Prevention
- Sicalu may cancel, refuse, or hold any order we suspect involves fraud or unauthorised activity.
- For high value or flagged transactions we may ask for additional identity verification before shipping.
